A bog standard sports direct, ran by Mike Ashley. Store was edged on selling cheap accessories. But staff was decent and had good service. This was indeed a shock but a pleasant shock. I do think that staff could do with more assistance due to the demand not being met with wait times.

Great service. I was looking for running shoes. The staff member really took time with me and gave great advice on what to buy including making sure I got the correct size

Very bad customer service the person working in shows section he was not happy to sell at all ! My Kids pick up 3 pairs of shoes I want the same shoes he takes the shoes put it back and ignore as my kids was pushed me by them if it was not because my kids I will not buy from this store but this is is definitely my last shopping from here the man in shoes area look he is a hero but in fact his normal store staff

"I had a terrible experience at this store. I witnessed a customer who had paid £80 for a pair of trainers being offered only £30 back after they clearly had an issue with the product. It was shocking to see how little the store valued their customers, especially after they spent a significant amount of money. The staff didn?t seem to care or try to make things right. I won?t be returning, and I?d advise others to avoid this place as well. Poor service and even worse customer care!"

Always busy in here! I honestly think they could utilise the space better if they moved things around. Instead of placing items here there and everywhere why not group them and stock less but have more room to actually walk about.

Went in to buy some trainers, asked the Manger for some help. He was absolutely terrible, stinking attitude and you could tell he just didn?t want to help. The younger lad at the tills was polite but the manager on the 2/4/24 with black hair was a discredit to the company. Hopefully he isn?t there much longer because he is a disgrace to customer service. Why work in retail if you don?t want to help anybody?

Terribly rude staff. Spoke to someone who may have been the manager. No idea who he was, but he was positioned in front. Unhelpful, rude and sarcastic. Terrible service.
Guy at the till was very pleasant though and the last lady I met there was also lovely.

I wish i could give more less rating. I bought Skechers trainer a week ago and used 2-3 times something white thing coming up i went to their store a lady accepted that is a faulty product, come tomorrow and speak to the manager he would be able to return of either refund. I went there today and showed everything to the manager(man on the front door). He was soo rude, he even don?t know how to speak with customers. He didn?t accepted the product is faulty and keep saying it?s water damaged. And at the end he said if you?re not happy you can do shopping from the other stores. This is how he is promoting Sports Direct. It was a terrible experience. I?ll not recommend anyone to shop there. Go if you want to attend a single function the throw the shoes in bin. Bcz you can?t imagine the look after one try.

Good selection of running trainers in store.Sadly, they had one staff member dealing with all of the trainer queries. I had to wait a while for assistance. They need to hire more staff.

I wouldn?t recommend coming here the staff are all unhelpful and don?t want to help and it?s even worse when you order online they send you the wrong stuff And to top it off there?s only ever one member of staff on check out and they never have the stuff you want 1 star ?? from me and I?ve been coming here years very disappointed ?? as always I wouldn?t recommend sport?s direct unfortunately
