All staff are unprofessional, rude and lack of training. I was coming this garage very long time only one reason the guy called (Dinesh) was very professional, smiling,helpful and friendly with customers. Nowadays I ain?t see him. I hope he is fine and well.
Without him I don?t want to go there to spoil my day ???

Whilst in the area visiting parents, we occasionally use this Shell plc station out of convenience. However, we have now had several unpleasant experiences at this petrol station and all negative occurrences relate to the older, dark haired, female permament staff member that wears glasses and a face mask (possibly to hide her pillorying interactions from instore cctv coverage?).
In my opinion, the employee is rude; confrontational; she bad-mouths customers (face-to-face and/or behind their back); and makes patrons feel like their presence and transactions are an inconvenience to her.
Again, this isn't an isolated incident, and after a long period of submission, my patience has finally been broken.
I agree with several other google reviewers in that, why is the (obviously) same individual still employed in a customer facing role after more than a year of similar complaints?
We can all see your generic online responses, Shell plc, but I hope you are dealing with these grievances responsibly and in the best interests of your business and customers alike. After all, there appears to be an obstructive liability.
As a side note, the other regular staff members that work at the same location are pleasant and generally manage to carry out their duties in a friendly manner.

The old lady with the mask and glasses is extremely rude, and after reading the reviews it's no surprise most of the bad Google complaints are about her.
I politely asked if she could move her blue ford car along a bit so I could park in the other space which she had bloked off on purpose and she rudly said no! She said her car had been damaged parking there and the boss of the company said she could park like that and she said she had threatened to leave the company if management didn't let her park like that and she said obviously management like her and they wanted her to stay and let her park like that. I found out later from a very reliable source that what she had told me was a lie! I have recently started using this service station and fill up a large truck that takes a lot of fuel and bring a lot of custom to this store, I will never return again and the rude lady should be sacked because from what I can see is she is losing the company a lot of money by being contently rude to other customers!

Terrible customer service by the incredibly rude lady that works there! Unfortunately i didn't get her name but she usually has a face mask on, not to mistake her for the other staff that are very friendly. She needs to learn how to speak to customers

I am really disappointed with an elder lady with a black hair. Whenever I came to return goods for amazon she always says Internet doesn't work so she can't help. How come is only her who have a problem.....other guys has never that problem and are happy to help. Maybe she needs some up skilling how to take a goods back and doesn't give a silly excuses....

I went to return Amazon product 19:45pm The 22nd of June 2020 for the manager was watching football and I think he was very annoyed that I went in just to do a return. He try to make everything complicated saying that the Amazon postage bags as they have is not fitting the items. So he said l take my things and take them elsewhere. I took the postage bags and I fitted the things very well. He was not very happy .l also explain to him it?s so simple job and he was trying to complicated it .After the return I asked him whether I can get any confirmation of the two returned parcels he say they don?t have receipts I said fine .He said Amazon have already sent an email I requested when I can just take a photo of the postage bags and he said he has already put them in the big postage baggage so I could not get that photos which l said is ok. But instead he started being very abusive , rude , intimidating , saying he is the manager (Dinesh)and he can get my parcel and l take them somewhere else , he said next time do not bring any return to this store because you are not buying petrol.very very rude so l drove to Aldi to take this photo
Amazon should be careful where you are sending your customers

Right whats with this old lady? Glassess and face mask? Why is she always rude, i travel about 1k miles with my van so I need to go there 2 or 3 times a week. I feel so un welcomed there,even shouted by her because once I was loiking for a chokilate bar for to long according by her... Im thinking of changing my fuel card & shell,just because of her.Pure evill she is....

Extremely rude unpleasant member of staff, female, glasses , face mask, old. Completely out of order always has an issue of you make her do her job!. The fact now people have been complaining for over a year is beyond me that she?s still there, horrible woman and even worse management for letting it happen

went to fill the car and return amazon parcel and got told to let actual customers tru and been made to wait so apparently having an amazon parcel to return and filling my car doesn't make me an customer. Really no point in using shell station unless you like rude attendants

Went here to charge. 130kW max. Dropped quickly. Decent place to charge. Minus one star since there?s inconsiderate parking and non EVs were in spaces for charging. Likely easy to cause conflict.
