I recently visited this petrol station and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the unprofessional behavior of one of the cashiers. The cashier, [haven't quite catch his name but seems like he is a asian lad] was extremely rude and dismissive during my interaction. Not only was there a lack of courtesy, but I was also met with a lack of basic customer service skills.
I believe that professional conduct and respect for customers are essential, and I hope that this issue is addressed to ensure better experiences for future patrons. It?s disappointing when a customer feels disrespected during what should be a routine transaction.
I trust that Manager of this perrol station will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving the service quality at this location.

The new trainee at Shell Fengate was outstanding friendly, professional, patient, and eager to help. At least he knows manners cost you nothing these days. It?s amazing to see Shell focusing on customer service by empowering such dedicated individuals. Keep it up Shell!

I recently visited the Shell petrol station in my area, and overall, I had a very positive experience. The station is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located, making it easy to access whether you're in a hurry or just stopping by.
The staff were friendly and efficient, providing prompt service with a smile. The convenience store is well-stocked with a variety of snacks, drinks, and essentials, making it a great one-stop shop during your fuel stop. I also appreciated the availability of various fuel options and the air pump, which was in good working order.
The only downside, and the reason for not giving a full 5-star rating, is the price of fuel. Shell typically charges a bit more than other stations in the area, which can add up, especially with frequent visits. While I understand the quality of Shell's fuel is top-notch, the higher prices can be a deterrent.
Despite the pricing, I would still recommend this Shell station for its excellent service, cleanliness, and convenience. Just be prepared to pay a little extra at the pump.

Extremely rude staff, I was greeted by 2 most foul humans I ever met Usha and Pooja, no manners whatsoever, paying customers are treated like dirt, they are servers and should do their job and serve the public, really bad name they give to Shell, I have emailed the head office with a complaint letter and they should do something about it but as expected they gave me a stupid excuse instead of taking action as the most obvious approach, the google reviews are not great, absolutely the worst people I found in my life, these ladies should not be in front of customers at all, even throwing my receipt at me after I paid my money that ultimately will pay their wages. Very ignorant.

I visit this garage two or three times a week, I have been caught out twice by the same staff member not charging me for my fuel. I paid at the till for other items but they never charged me for the fuel. I ask for a receipt every time now.I followed the link you gave me below, but just went to Shell and got no help from anyone.

I used to visit this patrol station. I barely go there anymore because the car wash is constantly breaking down. I have been there multiple times, and the reason is always the same. I am going to another patrol station now to put patrol and also go to their car wash. The management should look into it. I wonder how many more customers they lost as a result of it.

Went there today to fill up my car. Station number 2 diesel dispenser didn?t stop when the tank was full as it supposed to and my shoes and clothes and the car is stinking of diesel now.Wasted the fuel that spilled on the floor as well.Not happy at all.

Awesome Service.Stopped for fuel and something to eat.Bought a pie, got to the car took a bite, and to my horror it was a bit on the dry side. Went back in for a refund, which was okay. Then I asked if I could swap it for something else, the young Indian lady, said of course, please take two and try them here first.. They were delicious.Well done Shell. Well done young lady for saving the day.
