Just been served by Lisa (store manager) and she was super helpful regarding a purchase of safety boots. She took the time to check stock and let me try on 3 different types before I purchased. Just like most building suppliers Screwfix are having difficulty keeping stocked up with essentials. Usual keen pricing, and good customer service.

Awful customer service and rude staff members especially Jade. I've just been here to collect my order of a couple of hundred pounds and I was refused as I didn't have my ID even though I come here often and she's seen me before aswell as the other staff and not once have I been asked for ID
