All items in the store - overpriced! Some members of staff are very rude to the customers. Also if you go early in the morning after night shift most of the self checkouts are closed. The toilets are terrible. Very bad quality clothing. Really disappointed ?

The shop is well laid out with a great selection of food but I remembered why I stopped coming here....most of the tills have been replaced with self serve. This really irritates me to do someone else's job for food that's increasingly expensive. Today, no tills were opened forcing us to use self serve with a trolley. Customers should have a right to choose how they wish to purchase their shopping.

well what a fab sainsbury?s. got everything i needed, including a shower mat and a with sympathy card. also found my favourite dove body wash at a cheap nectar price! yay!
