I was on the hunt for some suitable sunglasses for some upcoming hikes to the Himalayas and Kilimanjaro and came across RxSport.
Spoke with Ellie on the phone who convinced me to pop down to the store and so glad that I did (even though I live in London)!
The store itself is based in a great location amongst some wonderful surroundings. But more importantly it carries a huge stock of some fantastic, quality eyewear brands and models. I was served by Ellie whose customer service, brand knowledge and patience were exemplary! To add RxSports pricing is amongst the best in the country (when compared to both online and retail stockists).
I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.

Excellent prescription ski goggles. The customer service from RxSport was amazing. Easy to order, great communication from the team to confirm prescription and very quick turn around time. Immediately sorted out a Royal Mail delivery issue to make sure I had the goggles on time. Highly recommend.

Purchased a prescription insert and sports sunglasses for cycling and running. The turnaround time was remarkably quick and the quality of their fitting was spot on.
Danielle from the customer service team was very professional and super responsive, which made the purchasing experience more enjoyable.

I bought some ray bans from here for like £90. I didn't get to really use them until I went on holiday 2 weeks later where I discovered that one of the arms is seriously stiff on them, to the point that they look like they are going to break when opening the sunglasses. They were like this from the moment I opened them up and I've got back off holiday to find that they won't even take them back so they basically sold me some sunglasses for £90 that don't open properly and I cannot do anything about it as they are a very very unreasonable terms and conditions. So my advice to anyone that is looking to purchase from here would be to source the sunglasses from a reputable supplier and not these.
