Received the best customer service today in store , the management team were going above and beyond for my wife who?s very body conscious after having a baby. She?s walked out feeling like a new woman with her new dress bag and shoes for her event next Saturday. Thankyou Ellie and Ursula and the rest of the girls who gave comments you made my wife feel amazing.

I don't usually rate but the customer service I received this week has forced my hand to. I like most stock that the Quiz chain has to offer, and I've shopped for dresses and shoes there on many occasions in the past. This Tuesday I was running errands around Queensgate during my lunch break when I thought i could use the spare 20 minutes i had to have a look at the new dresses they have. The occasion was for a black tie office party which will take place in March so there was no urgency for me to buy anything. I simply wanted to look around. I took 3 dresses to the changing rooms where the shopping assistant stopped me off for a long chat on dieting after I said I really liked one of them but my body wasn't ready for it. Took some persuasion from her to convince me to buy the dress, and I mainly did it so she could let me get back to work sooner under the promise that I have 2 weeks to return it after I try it again at home.\\n\\nI didn't wait for 2 weeks. I tried the dress on the same night again and two days later (today) I went back to return the it - unsurprisingly the dress is too slim fitted for my body but also too provocative for the event, and as nice as the colour and style are, it was a poor investment to make if it'll never make it out of the wardrobe.\\n\\nNever worn, didn't even have make up on the day I bought it, when I tried to return the dress the staff member at the till claimed it had threads pulled on it and make up marks. I should point out that the pulled treads were present on the dress as I was purchasing it. I didn't argue them in good faith for 2 reasons - I wasn't after a discount as I wasn't even sure if I was going to keep the dress, and I was already running 20 minutes late for work. I just needed to escape the shop asap, after they wasted my time in the changing rooms rather than giving me the opportunity to change in my own clothes sooner.\\n\\nI will now know to take pictures of my purchases at the till and argue every defect then and there regardless of how long it takes me. And I'm now well aware I could have insisted I have no time for small talk regardless of how rude drawing the curtain at the shopping assistant's face would have been. In a nutshell Quiz taught me a valuable lesson today, but they also lost a returning customer that could have spent more that £30 next week. I planned on returning there after work to buy 2 dresses when I actually have time to try a few more.\\n\\nWell done Quiz, keep up the great customer service! Sell your stock today, lose your customers tomorrow.

Fashionable clothing and a quality brand the store only caters for females apparently a male range is on the way though I'm not sure if it will reach this store due to size

Unfortunately I canâ??t remember the ladyâ??s name but she was foreign and was even working on her day off and wasnâ??t getting paid, she was absolutely brilliant. Lovely, friendly, helpful and has a talent in personal shopping! Knows her style!
