Staff in store OK but the smile cafe , no one smiled and when given a dirty glass I asked for clean one and easy given a fresh one very begrudgingly, tables not cleaned or cleared very regularly and when we went there it wasn't busy. Don't expect much choice of cakes either!!

This store is ideal for great quality and prices does a great variety from foods to furniture and pet foods also garden centre has good variety of plants pot's and compost.

Place has good discounts. Seems a bit dusty inside and ques always seen to be long. They charge 25p for a thin carrier bag which seems a rip off but overall polite enough staff.

Went in QD ,Orton,centre,Peterborough, wanted a snowman only one left on display....we found Gary who resolved the situation for us and got one sent from King's Lynn or Wisbech....It arrived at Peterborough branch 2 days later...Thank you Gary for going over and above for us,your very professional, friendly and customer service oriented
