After reading a fair few negative reviews I was rather concerned about using Pronto through my insurance however I have to say they have done a great job on my C Class and completed the work within the week, many thanks!

Awful garage they have done a proper bodge job on my vanHad the van for 2 monthsDidn't put it back to pre accident garageSide skirt left u bonded rust coming through new paint straight away when questioned they said there was rust there beforeThey did no prep work at all sprayed fresh paint straight over bubble rustPassenger door wind reflector they removed but couldn't be bothered to re attach it back onOver spray on black plastic partsSliding door stiff to open as it wasn't replaced just filledLied to myself and the insurance company on many occasions when asked what was going on with the jobNo communication what so ever from them unless I phoned them and then they hang up on youAvoid like the plagueThey are under investigation from insurans company and enterprise

Once I was told by my insurer they will be my repair garage, I proceed to read some (bad) reviews, I had my reservations since my Tesla Model 3 is a low mileage.However, they have done an amazing job with my car! I'm very impressed with the quality of the work done! Very profesional team they took good care of my M3 looks like new, like nothing have happened to the car.They did the repairs on time, I really appreciate this knowing they have a high volume of repairs going on at the moment.Kudos to the whole Pronto team! Please Keep up the good work guys!Will happily use them again (let's hope there is no need for this ever again of course!)

Waited a month for my car to be fixed with minimal bodywork damage. Did not fix the splitter on the bumper, still waiting for them to fix it 2 weeks after collecting it. Even lied on the phone about staff being in office or away from their desk..Service: Body & Trim

Simply the most incompetent, rude and uncommuncative company I have had the misfortune to be lumbered with.My Insurance company made me use them, after 6 weeks I have had no updates and when asking for a reasn they hung up the phone.If you can avoid them I would - I suspect they are too big to care about customersService: Body & Trim

Good quality repair but 2 cans of pop taken from the boot, £1 shopping trolley coin taken along with COVID face maskPlus all of the jack and tools just left out of the tool bag rolling around the "underboot" compartment.Shoddy and thriving ruined what would have been an excellent experience

Pronto Peterborough repaired my car following an accident in January. They were always incredibly polite and quick to respond on the phone when organising the repair (photos etc were organised on the day of the accident). They explained processes well and kept in contact during the repair period. They were able to work around me in terms of pick up and drop off times with little notice at around an hour's distance. They cleaned my car inside and out. The man who picked up and dropped off my car was particularly polite and clear. Overall a very professional outfit. I am a bit confused by the negative reviews which honestly bear no resemblance to my experience with this company.

At this present moment in time, having just pick up my car, with the garage having had it for nearly four weeks, l'm discussed with the finish product. The wheel trim does not fit correctly and the position of the wing doesn't correspondence with the opposite side.Having to take it back for an explanation.Not a happy bunny.

My car has currently been with this company for 4 weeks and will not be ready for at least another week. They were contacted via my insurance early June 2022 and failed to book me an appointment until August 2022. No parts were ordered at the time of booking which resulted in a delay (fair enough if they run on buying parts once receiving the car) but I have been told misinformation to what seems to be to get rid of me considering I chased them multiple times before even getting to book my car in. I was first told 2 weeks then 3 weeks then 4 more working days (the queen bank holiday pushed this back a day which is understandable) and was told they would note down for this to be a rush order. I was yet to hear anything considering my car was meant to be completed today to be told in a snotty manner that it will not be until next week. I was then told nothing was put on my file and that there was nothing they can do. I was told they allow 3 weeks for a car to be repaired however on the completion date which they are not confident will be honoured, they would have had my car for OVER A MONTH. The only damages to my car was the bumper and sensors - it was very minimal. I would dread to think how long they would take to a severe damage. Will never use in the future whether this be via insurance or not. Staff have not always been friendly and quite patronising. I requested a complaint to be logged however unsure if this is the case as staff were very dismissive and I have to say multiple times I would like to log a complaint before they acknowledged this.

Following an accident earlier this year my vehicle was repaired by Pronto! The service was excellent and the staff were pleasant, courteous and kept me fully informed throughout the duration of the repairs.I had never heard of Pronto previously but would certainly recommend them following this experience. Put into contact with this company to fix my car after an accident. It is borderline undriveable as the photos I sent demonstrated, especially given that I had to drive a 2.5 year old around in a car without a wing mirror on the passenger side. Sent photos in and did not hear anything for over 2 weeks and chased twice. Both times I chased the people on the phone were unhelpful and did not offer any reassurance that my car would be fixed anytime soon. I mentioned that I did not feel the car was safe to drive and I just got told that it was not illegal to not have a passenger side wing mirror. I even asked my insurance company to chase and they did not have any success. Really poor service, would not recommend. In the end, had to get my own valuation on the repairs and find my own company.This was all done through my married name- Joanna Carter.

After waiting around a month , we was told my father's car was ready for collection .On viewing the car , the paint was a terrible match which , when pointed out to the eager person who wanted my father to pay his excess , he agreed and said it will be done today .....now after waiting a month , how on earth will you match it up in a day and have it dried correctly in 24hrs .The repair to the car was refused and we said we would come back in a weeks time ......only hope its done to an agreeable standard by then .Tesco insurance have been notified about the substandard paintwork .

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Just an awful awful company. Totally unprofessional, rude on the phone. Ran out of courtesy cars (part of my policy) and had to wait more than 3 weeks. Was told to ?use masking tape? to hold the car together. Day of courtesy car delivery - didn?t turn up (took the day off work).
