I just want to say love love love for this store. The stuff overe there for each and everything the prices, the quality and most importantly helping staff. If you wouldn't find anything of your size they will help you. But not the grannies staff as they are bit rude. I asked about the size I couldn't find to one staff who was was much older she didn't even replied to me so I asked twice and she said she don't know go check over there in a very rude way

On Friday the guy on the self service was super helpful. Didn?t get his name but was an absolute lad. He had long black hair but was overall super helpful.

I?m only giving it a star because of cute mugs. I was very disappointed in my trip which i took solely to visit primark because i learnt to my distain that they had none of the Sanrio merchandise in stock except from the ones that nobody wants. The staff were nice

Used to be good now getting to exspensive which was not the point if going to primark, and its often a mess now ( which is surprising seeing as they got rid of almost all the tills staff for sekf checkout).

I have never written bad review about a store but the manager of primary Peterbrough is has the terrible customer service and staffs that were working in top floor today 18.3.25 pm, a week a ago I did purchase of several items totaling £53 pounds normally I small size but because they changed the design of their thermal which comes with a fleece I took it back with my receipt to my surprise with the product new the manager said because I didn?t bring it with the paper showing the size they couldn?t exchanged it back not damaged or no stain I left the two products with the manager never would I purchased any thing from primark poor customer service

Almost all checkouts here are now self checkouts. Have to scan receipt on exit. Staff can usually be found standing around talking to each other instead of helping you. Long queues at certain points for the tills.

Both myself and my friend have different mental health issues? when last visiting the store we both found it incredibly stressful having to use the self service tills with no other option? even more stressful was the fact that after we did this, to get out we had to show our receipts and what we had bought which caused us both great anxiety.
This store has always been nice to visit until last time which we both said will be the last visit we ever make there!
If you expect your customers to use self service terminals then surely you have to trust them to pay for their items..

Store is an old favourite, i love the addition of the self checkouts.
I would have awarded 5 stars but disappointing that they didn?t stock any suits
