Had a lovely dinner date, food tasted delicious and was lovely and hot right til the last bite, all staff were very friendly, especially Ashleigh who was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and was happy with everything. Would recommend to friends and family. Such a lovely atmosphere for groups or couples.

Ordered this to get delivered for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was still hot and absolutely delicious, I was expecting the food to be pretty poor for some reason but it was incredible and definitely worth every penny. I will defiantly be eating/ordering here again!! 10/10 well done

Went to Prezzo's this evening, have been several times before and found it acceptable. Felt compelled to review after the awful experience I had tonight. We booked the table for 6 pm and it wasn't overly busy. We were sat waiting for 15 minutes before anyone came to take our drinks order, which in a half empty restaurant feels like an eternity. Then when I ordered my food (burger italiano) I specified beef burger not chicken burger as both options were on the menu, of course, I got the chicken burger. The waiter apologised and bought the correct order shortly afterwards. The food was fine. When the waitress came to take our plates, she asked if we would like the dessert menu, we said yes, and then after waiting for a further 15 minutes, with no menu forthcoming, we then asked for the bill as we were unsure if we would ever see the dessert menu. A terrible experience all round I'm afraid.

Great pizza and pasta dishes here with friendly staff. Visited on a blazing hot day with a friend yesterday and had pasta rustica- delicious. Nice atmosphere with not too loud background music which is important as my friend had hearing aids. Nice cool aircon too. Super lunch.

Disappointing Birthday Dinner Experience
We recently visited Prezzo for my husband's birthday dinner, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.
I ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara, which was extremely tasteless. For drinks, I had the Spiced Rum Punch, but I couldn?t even tell if it contained any rum at all. For my daughter, we ordered plain pasta with meatballs, which was just as tasteless as my meal.
Additionally, we were charged £8.50 for her meal, even though the kids' menu is advertised as a 3-course meal for £8.50. This discrepancy was not mentioned to us at any point during our visit.
The food quality and taste were far below our expectations, and overall, the dining experience was very disappointing. Regrettably, this was likely our last visit to Prezzo.
