Omg it?s was my second time I went to there I wanted go see today again I went there the manager didn?t lets us go inside because she said we been stolen from the shop I was disappointed very bad manager she didn?t even show camera or proof that we stole she was so racis she is the manager she should be kind and respectful to the customer .

Very odd store, I'm not used to members of staff wearing balaclavas, is this some new uniform for poundland? Also saw that the said worker in question was intimidating multiple people ahead of me in the queue speaking quite aggressively when asking wether people are paying cash or card and hovering behind customers when they were entering their pin in the machine. Luckily, I think the balaclava man took note of my expression when I turned and looked at him b4 entering my pin and he stepped away. Never the less this is far from appropriate and I could not wait to leave the store

I came in 20 minutes before closing and staff did not let me in. They said it's 6 o'clock so they are closed but on the website it says they are open till 6:30

Good place for a cheap meal deal, but not much else. Long queues at times for tills. Mostly self checkouts now.

Good prices BUT it is meant to be a pound shop. Everything seems to be more than a pound. Despite that, everything seemed good value and a lot was on offer (but not for a pound!!) Still is offering good prices, would recommend checking it out if you want something affordable.
