I've been here twice to return a parcel inside tesco a yet its not staffed correctly as Tesco and or Post office are not intrested.I can see a hand written note on counter with duct tape 14.30-3.30 closed for a break.Google however indicates its open for business during these working hours.

Post office is supposed to be open until 5:30pm, every time i go there after 4pm is closed, the worst!

Just arrived at this post office at 1:50 pm on Tuesday to find that the member of staff is on a break until 2 pm. It?s advertised as open 9. - 17:30. Member of staff also saying that it?s closing at 3 pm. I don?t think I?ll be back.

12 Stewartby Ave, Hampton Vale, Peterborough PE7 8NJOver the last 6 months it has become apparent that the staff in this branch do not want the post office to work correctly.Nearly every day at some point they close the counter and hang up a hand written poster that the postal computer is not working, or rebooting or insufficient staff to keep the counter open.All local residents are getting fed up with the excuses used to keep closing this counter down for 1 hour or two at different times of the day.Today I went in to be told the till is down and needs to reboot which will take 45 mins to one hour and to come back.I explained this is always happening, she explained that she has requested for engineers to attend but they never come because the job gets cancelled and the problems they are experiencing remain, if this is the case. I dont belive this.Can anyone please investigate why this post office has so many issues?

The post office is frequently closed despite working hours showing it as open. For example, on 25/09/22 it opened at 13:15 instead of 09:00. Therefore it deserves a permanent 1 star.

Rubbish- almost always closed even when it says it?s open. Completely unreliable.

Been at 3 different times today but was never open! ? Why does the website say it's open until 11pm when this is obviously not the case???

Post office and Google both state open between 7am to 11pm yet the post office is either closed due to lack of staff or operating at different times. The post office site does say check local branch but the info given is hit or miss. Service is fine when it is actually open. A missing opportunity for a community service people depend on.

Post office not open as advertised on Google. They can't update Google which is a total lie. They are open 9-5pm don't make the trip like o did. Wish I saw the reviews before making the trip!!!!!
