The Exeter Road post office is so professional , friendly helpful . Mick , Andy and the female member of staff are quick , efficient and very knowledgeable! . Opening hours are good and queues are managed well. They are always happy and build good relationships with all their customers .

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Always help. Answer all questions. And even help choose best postsge options to save customers money. If you can choose post office go to Exeter Road one.

A small post office at the back of a corner shop. I always get polite service. Can sometimes be busy and have to wait, but this is just because it is small, and they almost always have the maximum number of counters open.

I would give this post office 0 stars. The lady at the post office counter was extremely unwelcoming and rude. I had bags to return but I was unsure of the packaging and she was extremely unhelpful and told me I did not come prepared (I did). She made a mistake scanning my QR codes and then refused to print another one. She was not polite and had no customer service skills at all. Who hires these people? Extremely unprofessional and rude. Will not be visiting this post office again.

Great post office! I love this as it is practically is near my house and easy to travel their. It is a great place to send parcels and I hope to go their again when in need! Thank you!

Nice Customer Service of 2 friendly and helpful men !Only one women very moody and not helpfulness.Good I am not meeting her very often . 5 stars I?m giving just for men! For women 1 star!
