Terrible I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and I got 6 pieces of pepperoni on a large pizza, NO Cheese, Very little Sauce. Shameful For a restaurant of this size! I will stick to using the ely one! If you just want warm bread then order from here! Disgraceful! 0/10

Had a great meal to celebrate family birthday today. Service was excellent they went over and above. Strongly recommend.

Had a bit of a rubbish day, got a puncture and had to wait in the cold on the side of the road for a few hours doing my best Frosty the snowman impression and being hypnotised by hazard lights but was looking forward to a cute little date night with the boyfriend. A quick Pizza Hut before cinema as I'd not been since I was a kid, only remembering the after-nausea of putting too many toppings on my icecream... and I still haven't learnt that lesson.
Staff member on arrival was nice, saw us to our table, told us how to order on the app and said to help ourselves to the unlimited salad... Great!
We placed our order, 1 pizza to share, 2 sides, 2 drinks... got up to go and get our salad and were loudly approached at the salad bar with 'Is this all you've ordered!?' followed by 'Only one meal, only one salad bowl'...
Which I wouldn't mind, rules are rules but... it's unlimited so illogical. I can go up as many times as I like and eat the whole damn salad bar if I so wished but heaven forbid we have 1 bowl each because we decided to share a pizza so I didn't need to be rolled into the cinema.
Pizza wasn't even good. The bites were alright and the onion rings were... edible, I suppose.
Overall, think the experience was spoiled by the embarrassing approach at the salad bar and I'd rather have eaten elsewhere and will in future.

The staff were all lovely and welcoming. Service was also very good. Our food was OK, but it was overpriced for what we had. The restaurant is looking very tired now and is calling out for a revamp.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Booked a table for 6 people making restaurant aware we had 3 prams for a 5 week old baby, 4 month and 6 month old baby, didn't provide a suitable table then moaned as we was blocking a fire exit and demanded a pushchair be took down and a baby who can't yet go in a high chair to go in a car seat ( which also for babies due to guidelines isn't suitable over a comfy pram) didn't want to provide a solution so kindly a lady gave you her table to make more space for us! Food was inedible waste of £25 buffet is cold, oilly and no choice! Waitress rude as anything kept leaning over us when clearly plates was not finished hurrying you along like pigs at a slaughter house! Then she had the cheek after an hour to come over the table in a disgusting manor and say " we need your table back for another booking" not really my fault you haven't managed your booking system is it ? Absolutely shocking wouldn't recommend and absolutely won't return !

Me and my family all had a dinner and it was horrible as we have 8 people and they refused to put us in those big table as *it get booked* when it?s not ( they told us when we finished the meal that the person who booked the table cancelled their booking ) the salad bar is horrible the corn are all soak in water and there?s a lady who keep giving you the most nasty looking ever which it?s so uncomfortable like if you grab too much she?s gonna kill you

I went for the lunch pizza buffet. I knew it had less than 30 mins left and Ash, the manager let me know which I was fine with. I ate a few slices and was on my way. Nothing remarkable except for the service. Ash was amazing! So friendly and so helpful! She brightened my day. I wish more people were so kind.

I was have dinner the service is terrible I was in a 2 family of 4 (Asians) when their is a free table for 8 they said the table was booked and later on they told us the cancelled it like who would actually booked a table at 8 and cancelled it because you can?t go and the salad bar corn was horrible there is more water then corn and the drink machine their is no option for normal the Pepsi is half water and the ratio is absolutely wrong ???

We have 8 people dine in and requested a big table so that we can sit together, but unfortunately they don?t allow us to have the big table and lied about someone had already reserved for the table already( we dine in pretty late and it?s not really busy in the restaurant), until we finished the dinner separately with my friends. The waiter told me that the person who reserved the table cancelled their booking, it is very disappointing and not really welcoming.

We had the buffet. No waiting to be seated. Fresh pizza throughout time there. Clean toilets. All really friendly staff. Comfortable seats. Easy to order and fast glasses and bowls for meal. Nice atmosphere, enough space between each table. Great meal!

Rude customer service from the English lady on front of house last night. Treating delivery drivers with no respect and delaying their own customers because of their own lack of understanding of the rules.
