Bought 8 guppies to add to my large aquarium, first two days all seemed fine but then I have lost one every day and now only have two left. Been keeping fish for many years and so I checked water parameters and all good. Not sure what was wrong with these particular fish but in all my years I've never had this happen before. Unfortunately the fish got flushed so unable to take back for refund so not sure how good the refund policy is.

the store is ok, but the vets who work there are a disaster. I gave my sick kitten away. The vet said that it might be difficult for him to survive because he is weak. She said that if he didn't get better by 2 p.m., she would put him to sleep, and then she called to say that the kitten was getting better, please come and pick him up. feed him with a syringe, that's what I did and the kitten died, they didn't take care of my cat as they should and gave wrong instructions on what to do with him at home

Followed around the store by a member of staff whilst I was browsing. It got so bad after being followed continuously I asked why I was being followed. I was given some lame excuse. Bigotry behaviour.
