Steve and his team at P.F.S. have supplied and fitted three floors for me - two Karndean and one engineered wood. ( latest in Feb. 2024). I can't praise them highly enough. The service is very friendly and professional. Steve is very knowledgeable and always ready with good advice. His fitting team always do a superb job. I would highly recommend P.F.S. Paul & David Jarman.

Great choice of flooring needed something for the shower room and advice as only a small room - Ashley was really helpful on advice , unwrapping samples and helping us choose the final pattern and flooring , Lady on reception was also really nice - would deffo use again - 5 star plus

A huge thank you to Steve , Lee , Josh , Reagan and Charlie! We'd used Peterborough Flooring before and had been so impressed by this local family business that we asked Steve to take a look at a botched flooring job by our builders. No small task with 106m2 of warped bamboo wood flooring through three open plan areas which had been laid onto an uneven damp floor. What we have now after 2 weeks is a beautiful, flat and perfectly laid Amtico tiled floor. We knew this wasn't an easy job but Steve was reassuring from the beginning that they could make good and kept an eye on the progress throughout and visited to make sure we were happy on completion. The guys themselves were brilliant - conscientious, hard working and obviously took pride in their work. Given that my wife was in a wheelchair, they worked around us and were so considerate. Thank you all (inc Leanne) we are so pleased with the end result.

I was dreading carpet shopping. But the people at Peterborough Flooring Specialists are so calming and helpful. Really helped settle me anxiety about being indecisive. Thank you for all your help with my carpets and wooden flooring. Such friendly people. Also appreciate the extra offcut for my lorry.You know who.

Absolutely fantastic and friendly company. Very professional and knowledgeable helping us to decide on the right flooring option for our kitchen, dining extension, utility, office and hallway. They managed to work with uneven flooring providing us with a smooth and level result throughout. We couldn't fault their expertise or their work.

Steve and his team always offer excellent products and service. A family team who work very hard on customer service. We?ve used them for at least 10 years. They even helped us in an emergency to replace a piece of flooring after our dog chewed some up. Providing an off cut until our building work was completed and then we went back to them for the full refit. Can?t recommend them enough. Recently we have had two vinyl floors done and we wanted the same floor as another room so they searched to find us a match. Can?t beat them for quality and service. Punctual and friendly.
