“We learned of PetsCorner’s Puppy Hour online and phoned the Baston branch to see if they had a space. From our first contact the staff were friendly and enthusiastic and someone called back later that week confirming we had a place.We’ve taken our sprocker spaniel, Herbie, for the past three weeks, culminating in his graduation today.Seeing the puppies play together in a safe environment, supervised by Lucy, Ann and Meg, has been a joy for the owners and is clearly great fun for the pups.On his graduation Herbie was presented with his Puppy Hour Booklet and a certificate to say he’d earned his PhD - Puppy Hour Dogtorate! So cute! ?So much thought and effort goes into each Puppy Hour session as the pups are weighed and a list of their new ‘puppy friends’ recorded in their booklets.Travelling to Baston involves a 50 minute journey each way but it has been so worthwhile and our only regret is not having learned about Puppy Hour sooner as pups can go as soon as they’re fully vaccinated up to the age of 18 weeks.Meg, Lucy and Ann’s welcoming presence has made Puppy Hour a truly enjoyable experience for pups and owners alike and they are an absolute credit to the PetsCorner family.We shall miss them and our puppy play sessions.”
