Took over 2 hours to have someone acknowledge a late order. Then got called saying it would be another hour and a half. Cancelled the order, thought it would be better to spend my money on food not just the thought of having it

Worst place I have ever seen to order from. I ordered delivery and they said it was delivered at 1:50pm. I waited till 2:10pm and called them saying I didn?t receive it. She asked me to wait a few more minutes because the delivery guy just picked it up. Yes I waited thinking they were a little late. 2:50pm still no delivery I called them again. same lady she hung up on me right then I had to call back and she said it was delivered at 1:50pm there was nothing they could do because it was delivered to the delivery guy, she had no phone number or way to contact the guy, she gave me a number that couldnt be called just to hang up. of course i lost money, no meal delivered and it affects your psyche.
I know they will comment below giving you a website to complain about it but that link also directs you to call the facility back and they will say the same thing

I've had Papa John's in so many locations in the UK and US ,this place is by far the worst I've had and Papa John's for me is usually consitant. I ordered the meat feast and got no meat what so ever . It was cold . The driver did not have any idea where I was even tho it is easy to find, have they ever heard of GPS? Worst papa johns ever , avoid at all cost

Ordered my first Papa Johns on Friday. The man and the lady were so lovely to me, helped me with the orders and offers. The pizzas were very nice perfectly baked.

They delivered a cold pizza to me because the driver went to the wrong address. The driver was very rude. When I called them to say the pizza was cold, they suggested that I heat it up in the microwave today and they would give me a large pizza for free tomorrow when I came to pick it up.Avoid this place!!!!

ordered form here on uber tonight. placed the order at 6:57pm. was supposed to turn up at 7:40pm latest. however this did not happen. ended up calling the shop twice at 8pm and 8:30pm and ended up cancelling the order when it got to 9pm and still had not turned up. also did not get a refund for this.

2 pizzas £35 measly tiny bits of chicken and steak on pizza. Ripping hard working people off. Had better aldi frozen pizzas than this. Disgusting should be ashamed never again I'm getting it from here. Avoid if you don't want to get ripped off

I recently visited John's Pizza and had a fantastic experience. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The menu had a wide variety of options, and I decided to try their signature pan pizza.The pizza was delicious! The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I also tried their garlic breadsticks, which were a great accompaniment to the pizza.Overall, I highly recommend John's Pizza for anyone looking for a great dining experience.
