Took over 2 hours to have someone acknowledge a late order. Then got called saying it would be another hour and a half. Cancelled the order, thought it would be better to spend my money on food not just the thought of having it

Worst place I have ever seen to order from. I ordered delivery and they said it was delivered at 1:50pm. I waited till 2:10pm and called them saying I didn’t receive it. She asked me to wait a few more minutes because the delivery guy just picked it up. Yes I waited thinking they were a little late. 2:50pm still no delivery... read full comment

I've had Papa John's in so many locations in the UK and US ,this place is by far the worst I've had and Papa John's for me is usually consitant. I ordered the meat feast and got no meat what so ever . It was cold . The driver did not have any idea where I was even tho it is easy to find, have they ever heard of GPS? Worst... read full comment
