Had an amazing time in store today. A lovely lady named Sabrina helped me with finding some earrings for my mother for Mother's Day. We had a lovely conversation and she made the experience in store incredible. Thank you again Sabrina for your help!

Today I received quite possibly the most loveliest customer service I've ever encountered by a young lady called Coral. Such a lovely, kind and helpful lady. Was really professional and helped me pick some charms for a birthday present. I'm a first time buyer of Pandora jewellery, and always felt a bit intimated with coming in, but she put me at ease and was so friendly.

Ordered a Christmas present with collection from the Peterborough store. The online store said there was 2 of the item in store and let me place an order. The next day I received an email cancelling my order saying the item wasn?t in stock. What a complete waste of time and effort ! ! !
Had to go online and buy from another company which also sold the Pandora range and had a much better experience with very fast delivery to save the day???..

Today I visited my favorite store asking for help. Dear Madison helped me with my problem and we chose the right size for my new ring, and also helped me with my old ring (I was careless in using it ?, or rather, I liked it so much that I wore it without taking it off), which was replaced with a new one. Thank you very much for your concern for your clients ?? I recommend it to everyone! I was satisfied and still impressed ?

Good service when you go in the shop as I had in the past and nice charms but don?t bother EVER calling them to check on stock of your item as the website insists because they will NEVER answer. Been calling for three days and nothing, can?t even leave a message to call you back.

Bought a ring (52) and returned it within 6 months due to the stone coming lose and falling out. Ring replaced and same thing happened again within the next 18 months. Low quality, cheap jewellery, and poor customer service. Won?t be shopping at Pandora again. Advice to avoid and instead spend money at a reputable jewellers.

I could have hugged her...Coral was an amazing young woman. Thoughtful, professional, helpful and knowledgeable about the products.I went into the shop with an idea of what I wanted and a short while later I walked out with the perfect gift.Pandora, make sure you look after Coral, my background is Retail Training and Operations and I haven't seen that level of passion for Customer Service in a long while.100% happy with the service. Well done. ?I'm the guy that bought the bracelet with the engraved heart with the Dauschound names on either side.

This is the only Pandora shop I have visited. Once back in May and again just last week. Both times I was served by Coral and she is an absolute gem. I hope she's there next month when I return to use my birthday discount. ?
