Went to collect a parcel and was told it wasn't there, he asked my name, checked on the computer and still insisted it wasn't.I returned an hour later after checking the carrier's website, which stated the item had been delivered, and again was told they had no parcel for me and that I needed to get a QR code.Again I returned, this time with a screenshot of said code and what do you know, miraculously the parcel appeared.Now I understand the need for identification and that companies are relying more and more on modern technology, but I couldn't get full access to the companies website and as I explained to the employee at the post office not everyone has a modern telephone and that personal identification surely has to be enough to collect your goods.His reply was maddening, he said I was 'stupid as I didn't even know my own name'stating that my name wasn't 'Bloggs' it was 'J Bloggs'So I'd spent 3 hours, missed an appointment, all because the employee didn't ask or hint that he needed my initial.Worst customer service ever.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!! I went to pick up a parcel from this shop on the same day i received the notification that the parcel were ready to be picked it up. I was told from the person on the counter that the parcel were not delivered by DPD and I should contact the courier. After many attempts to contact the DPD , they assure me that the parcel were delivered to the shop. I went there next day really upset , and the same person was there. He could see on my face that I was really annoyed , after I demanded my parcel, he went on the back and brought my box. I should call the police as it is not the first time this shop is "missing" the parcels by the reviews I saw here.. This was my first and last time that I used this shop

2 parcel sent and 2 parcel never turned up to customer seems like who ever working there up to something. Stop selling illegal stuff under the counter also.

Place seems really disorganised, lack of care and attention. Their prices are different to Royal mail website. Had an email to say my parcel was ready to collect so went out straight away. When I got there was told there was no parcel. Got home and just found out my parcel had been collected by another driver. It was in the shop for 14 mins. According to tracking details parcel arrived at 15:43 and was retrieved at 16:07 on same day???Probably an honest mistake, but this really wasted my time as took an hour to walk there. Most likely put in the wrong pile something.

deadful customer service, need extensive training as not aware of what services are available. not even had any stamps to sell, recorded delivery posted to my address which wqas at the back of the envelope saying from, terrible, dont even bother going there, 1 star is too much

Terrible service. Staff are abrupt and unfriendly. Sent 4 parcels from eBay sales and very worried they won't reach their destination. Person serving me seemed unsure about where to put them - causing me to lack confidence in them. Been to this post office several times now and same poor service each time. Will NOT be using them again !! ?

Worst post-office ever. Sometimes open at Royal mail times sometimes not. I think staff make up their own rules, like I can't send recorded if I use my own stamps.. Avoid like the plague
