Terrible. I mainly use this shop to drop parcels off. On the past 3 occasions the printer roll has been out of paper so they cannot take the parcels. This is really inconvenient and annoying and the staff clearly don?t seem particularly bothered.

Manager is useless and unhelpful towards customers for mistakes made on their end using "Company Policy" as their excuse. As far as the general staff workers go they've been customer friendly and helpful.

I called in this morning ( Saturday 18th December) to see a notice on the front door stating that face masks were mandatory within the premises.I was not overly surprised to see all two or three customers ( myself included) complying with this very sensible condition, given the current very high Covid transmission rates, while the young chap on the till clearly did not think the same rules applied to himself. Perhaps the shop owner / manager would care to comment on why staff are not instructed to comply with this rule, and if indeed they are, his / her thoughts on why certain staff are happy to ignore it, and what is likely to be done about it.

At peak times absolute nightmare small car park one-way system and only 5 parking spaces on the side double yellows everywhere else is a pain in a car and nightmare in a van. It's just a very busy area - avoid if possible around peak times.

The store is convenient enough but there is one lady who is extremely rude always. I just went about 10 minutes back, looking for some urgent bread for breakfast, but she closed the door on my face saying that shop is closed although I could see a customer at the counter. This is not the 1st time that she has been so rude.
