Would be five stars but sadly the management has let down the store and cost this company some incredibly hard working staff. The few they have left are there for neccessity and the new staff that have arrived are friendly and kind as the old ones that remain. I really feel this shop needs more support from management and HR to ensure staff are better treated and the shop could do with more security as there is way to much theft and the staff are unable to prevent this due to restrictions on them.

Most of your essential necessities are available here. That's the main thing. The store is kept tidy. There is room for improvement in communication between staff. Beside that, I am happy the store stays open late every day.

I bought flowers there on Friday and they had all dropped and died by the Sunday.I went in to complain and was told I was unlucky with that bunch. Nothing was done about it.

I can't believe this place. Over the past couple of months it has gone from being an exceptionally good shop to complete rubbish. They appear to open and close whenever it suits. They must have new management because the old manager (big Polish guy) would never have let things deteriorate as they have!!! All I can say is it's very fortunate there are several other shops nearby! The only plus here is for the other shopkeepers who must now be receiving One Stop's once loyal customers because I for one will only very reluctantly use them again!

I went in yesterday, and member of staff on the till was not wearing face covering properly. Only covering mouth, not nose. I'm pretty sure it's law at the moment.

Unexpectedly clean and tidy. A nice selection of snacks, even has vegan milk.
