As a resident in very close proximity to the store I can say it is closed more than it is open. Staff frequently outside smoking/vaping. However the biffa bin outside does a roaring trade for the bin divers.. It?s about time someone at head office stepped in to sort this shambles of store out

CLOSED EARLY AGAIN. No notice, it is unacceptable. Nearly every other day it closes early, opens late. It is a joke that has been going on since it re-opened, even before it closed for whatever reason it still closed early. This is truly unbelievable.

Shop is always closed before it should be. I went to go today at 20:30 and it was closed well before closing time as it claims it should be open til 10PM 7 days a week . This is a regular occurrence, the other week it was closed at 4PM 6 hours before it should be closed!!!! No notice left for why it is closed.

One stop is normally open from 7am to 10pm. At the time of writing this, it's 4:16pm so tell me why the shop is closed? I don't come here all the time but the times I do go, the shop is closed

Closes early EVERY SINGLE DAY?that?s if it?s even open to begin with! When they closed down for over a month in December I assumed they?d come back with better service but it?s been the opposite. They open later than is stated on their opening times and they close over seven hours earlier. I just walked past it in lunchtime and it was somewhat open (still had half its red shutters on to deter people perhaps). My sister walked past it during the end of school time and it?s closed! What could possibly have happened in those two hours that need it to be closed??

The staff constantly makes a different reason to close the shop earlier than they?re supposed to. There?s times where they open early and close 5 pm and sometimes they?re not even open until the time that they say so. They are very stupid and hope that a different company comes and takes over the place as this place is not reliable whatsoever. Fulbridge road needs a place that?s reliable, not a shop that closes 10 hours earlier than their time.

Staff are always friendly and some good deals on regularly. Just a shame the poor staff have put up with shop lifters they have put up with a lot. Its nice little shop just shame gets ruined.

Would be five stars but sadly the management has let down the store and cost this company some incredibly hard working staff. The few they have left are there for neccessity and the new staff that have arrived are friendly and kind as the old ones that remain. I really feel this shop needs more support from management and HR to ensure staff are better treated and the shop could do with more security as there is way to much theft and the staff are unable to prevent this due to restrictions on them.

Most of your essential necessities are available here. That's the main thing. The store is kept tidy. There is room for improvement in communication between staff. Beside that, I am happy the store stays open late every day.
