Some prices are very good, but the staff never greet customers and just stand there talking or doing something else. No music either, weird experience.

So really I just want to moan about the hideous system for car park payment in queen's Gate. It is not surprising people shop elsewhere when on Tuesday morning term time there are 25 people queuing to attempt to pay foe parking. SORT IT OUT!!!!

Shopping centre in city centre. Great food shop, great variety of different shops and services. Huge primark! Friendly staff at pandora.

Atrocious customer service! Very rude staff who thought they were doing you a favour by going to the back of the store to find the other shoe so that you can try them on. Gave 3 shoes to shop assistant so that he could get me the other shoe to try on. He spent at least 20 minutes trying to find one shoe, after another 20 minutes the second one was given to me and then it took him another 20 minutes to find the third. No apology at all for making me wait this long.

Bought 5 shoes from here and when I went home I do very disappointed with their quality, they seemed to be flimsy and looked as if they would last 1 week. I went back for a refund and was denied a refund even though the shoes were in pristine condition, because apparently, they were â??saleâ? items. I was only offered a gift card. Now, I am stuck with £100 worth of flimsy shoes and have been forced to keep them. The staff are rude and the manager is absolutely shockingly rude. I called customer service and they were equally bad and couldnâ??t help me. I will never shop here ever again. PLEASE AVOID
