I would like to thank both Sara and Tiegan for what I can only describe as a fantastic level of customer service. This morning I popped into o2?s Queensgate Peterborough store because I had an issue with my phone refusing to charge. I thought it might need a replacement lightning cable ?jacking point?, but straight away Tiegan explained that it might just need cleaning out. Both Sara and Tiegan proceeded to spend about 10 minutes of their time cleaning the port after which they offered to give me a little charge whilst I did some shopping. I offered to pay for their service, but said that it was part of what they do for customers anyway. They were professional, helpful and a joy to spend 10 minutes of my time with. Too often people post about poor service, but I feel that we rarely give people credit for a job well done, I can assure you that this was a job well done ladies. I hope somebody from your customer service team reads this and gives you two ladies the well deserved pat on the back/bonus/commendation that you deserve.

I have no issues with queensgate at all, but the problem i do have is the toilets get closed at 6pm!! I understand why but what if you have young children or medical issues. why isn't there security around as there is meant to be to keep a eye on the bus station as it is part of queengate.

I would like to thank Hassan and the team for their patience as we faced 0 communication and help from o2 over the phone. The online customer service is in shambles and very unhelpful. The guys at the store managed to help us solve the issue we had and went above and beyond by listening to what the issue was and for being patient and understanding!

Horrible service. I've been trying to pay my final bill for over two months. No support from live chat, no replies to emails, and I can't call from abroad. Everything requires an active UK number I no longer have.

I purchased a new Samsung S25 Ultra from this shop in April 2025. The shop was unable to give me a proper VAT receipt showing the amount of VAT paid. I have emailed customer support several times and still no reply. The store manageress who was very helpfuhas also no no success with this issue. As a VAT registered business I have to supply official VAT invoices by law so why can't a multi national company like o2 do the same. Im afraid after over 20 years with o2 my confidence in them is go down.

Went to get my brand new phone fixed and they did nothing! SIM issue and 22 days later still I can't use it for calls or texting! Useless o2. Went to BBC Watchdog!!!

Merry bad shop asked to trade in phone and been told to await 2 3 hourse I told ok yes sure then guy I talked to told its it not good for him.
And I would go to other shop.
Even I told that I can wait for 2 3 course data transfer.
Not recommended to anyone this particularly shop, service quality rubbish no respect, maybe coz I'm Lithuanian?

After going in store I have lost faith in O2
The staff were ignorant and clueless with their roles.
I was informed to wait when there was no-one in the room for an appointment in an hour. The staff clearly enjoy their social with each other more so than assisting valuable customers.
The complete inability and lack of intelligence when staff processed my order, after several attempts and lack of stock management the employee, caused blocks on my account and their products. My account setup failed and I was unable to get any device or plan in place, nothing to do with me.
Emma the manager even blamed me as the customer!?
I only hope that no one else is treated with such faulty and incompetent service and that O2 can reign in on the poorly educated employee's so that their reputation is more manageable.
