It's probably the same as most Next stores. My one gripe is, I cannot walk well but they have the lift at the back of the store. So to view anything upstairs I have to walk for ages to go up and down. All very well for able bodied people who can use stairs.

It was clean and fine not much of an issue found when I visited only that one toilet was closed and the other (that was open) wasn't very clean and tidy

Absolutely terrible store, the manager (Megan) had first lied to me about her name when I said I wanted to report her to HR, I had to ask a different member of staff for her name, she had first started off rude when I was looking around for some clothes for my little boy. I am dark coloured, and Megan had kept staring at me. So I asked her for some help, she goes are you sure you?re paying for that? I then started asking her she is a manager why is she racially profiling me for. She had started SWEARING at me in front of my 2 years old CHILD! He had started crying, so as I was about to leave this monstrosity of a store, my wife had started recording the manager, she had shouted at her to stop, then PUSHED HER! Absolutely monstrosity. And I can?t get through to HE to make a complaint.

Never seems to be enough staff on the tills when I go in.Always having to wait for a fair while. They don't seem very happy to help or friendly.
