We asked for assistance and came a bit unstuck. Angela was great in helping us seek what we were looking for and super informative in helping us acquire our product. Despite it not visibly being in stock, we left empty handed and headed to another store. Moments after walking into the other store, a lovely (flustered) Chelsea came running after us from New look and flagged us down with every effort to let us know they did in fact have the product we required. So with that, we followed the lovely Chelsea who was probably mortified she had to run across the other side of the balcony to grab us, but the bottom line is...the store delivered and displayed a fantastic effort of teamwork leaving us very entertained and thankful. Great work team.

When I tried to resolve the problem,
they ignore me ,refuse to help, and make things worse This left me feeling frustrated, disrespected, or let down caused
Being a regular customer, I expected at least [reasonable quality/service]. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Chelsea Cade And Angela Holmeswas really rude because of my race(Muslim ) and appearance .I Am a business lady my self but getting this experience was the worse experience of my life .

Myself and my daughter recently visited the store in Queensgate she wanted to get some trainers which were in the 70% sale, and had stickers on both at £10. When at the till the cashier said they were full price. The cashier didn't bother to check. So we left without them. The next day we decided to visit the store at Serpentine Green, Hampton. We found the exact trainers in the same 70% sale stand, with the same £10 stickers on. Happy to say, when we went to pay this time they were £10. Can't understand why it wasn't this at the first store, when they were the same trainer at the same company. I would give 5 stars to the store in Hampton, but I'm afraid its a 1 star to Queensgate.

Today i went new look i pick up dresses and went to fitting room two dress were not fit on me rest was good so i told the staff i want to buy that one so she told why you didn?t hang dresses i told her no worries i will do that but she was so rude and her tone was very bad with me that was so ridiculous usually i go there to buy but today was my last day there

I came in today to try some shoes on and because they were heeled i ran 2 or 3 steps to see how they felt and i heard a worker indirectly insult me calling me immature and saying i was acting like a child and continued to argue after i asked why she was saying that.

Went into the store to make a return and was served by a lovely young girl upstairs at 2:15/2:30. She made the return process quick and easy and provided great customer service. I then went downstairs as I had an item I could only exchange. I found an Item and was again served by a lovely young Asian boy on the tills. He was very polite and attentive and very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get their names but both provided great service. I used to work in retail and know all too well what it's like to give and receive good service. Thank you to the two young customer assistants!

I purchased a jacket as a gift for my sister, assuming the size would fit her. However, it didn?t, and she returned it to me. Despite my full-time work schedule, I managed to visit your store to exchange the item. During my first visit, at around 5:15 PM, I was asked to leave because the store was closing. While I understand the importance of adhering to operational hours, the manner in which this was communicated felt abrupt and unaccommodating.
A few days later, I visited again to proceed with the exchange with the bill. At this point, I was informed that exchanges cannot be processed without the original tag attached, as per store policy. While I understand the need for policies, this seemed unreasonable, particularly in the context of gifting. It?s unrealistic to expect customers to send gifts with tags still attached. The jacket was in perfect condition, having only been tried on once.
I even asked if I could locate the tag at home and bring it back, acknowledging that the tag might not be in perfect condition (it might be folded or slightly damaged). However, I was told that even then, it would still be against the policy to process the exchange.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, as I am now left with an item I cannot use or exchange, despite it being in resalable condition. I feel that the focus should be on the product?s state rather than an arbitrary condition surrounding the tag.
Regrettably, this has caused me to lose trust in your store, and I will no longer be shopping there. I hope you will take this feedback into account and review your policies and customer service
approach to avoid similar frustrations for other customers in the future.

we got kicked out the store when it was 7:30pm. Its supposed to close at 8pm a very rude staff member came and kicked everyone out

This shop is absolutely awful. I bought shoes for £40 from here, I wore them once and they were all damaged. I brought them back to the shop to be exchanged for a new pair and they say, "oh it's just been worn they're fine. Thats just how it looks like when they are worn". When they were clearly damaged and after maybe another 5 times of wearing they would be unsuitable to wear. Customer service at this place is disgusting. Especially from the lady with blonde hair and glasses ?

Got jeans from here but they shrunk about two sizes after one wash, dried using the radiator not dryer so didn't expect them to shrink they where the Ashleigh range (not sure if spelled correctly) the ones with the ripped bottoms style in the colour black
