The new online system is absolutely ridiculous as that?s what you have receptionists for to take calls it doesn?t work when it?s meant too, the receptionists are rude and unhelpful and have a great ?attitude? they aren?t sensitive to a patient?s need?s and have a very small lack of understanding of someone struggling with mental health.I had to wait month?s for an appointment and everytime I ask for an appointment for me or my children I am told to go to 111 whereas I have a GP and this shouldn?t be the case I?m entilited as everyone else is at the surgery but I am constantly fobbed off. DR iyer ran this surgery way better and was very concerned about patient?s I can?t say the same for the doctors that are there at present. No consideration alway?s trying to rush patients through poor level of care.

I'm currently at the Nene valley one. But sometimes I have to come here to get bloods etc if appointment available.Everytime I've been there is a lovely atmosphere very clean surgery have some music in the background which is nice! The nurses and receptionists have always been very polite and welcoming. Thank you :)

This morning I needed to attend a screening at Hodgson Medical Practice. Whilst the testing itself is considered standard, being an anxious patient, any medical intervention always fills me with dread and worry.Upon arrival, I was greeted by two welcoming and friendly receptionists, and a few minutes later I was seen by Rachel, a nurse whom I can only describe as one of the most skilled, proficient, and personable people I have come across within medical establishments. Her compassion, warm personality, sense of humour, and genuine care for people, shone through from the moment I walked into the treatment room, and her expertise at performing all required testing was nothing short of astounding. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for the treatment I have received from Rachel and how privileged I feel to be a patient at this wonderful clinic where people are treated with dignity and care.Whilst I appreciate many patients experience difficulties getting appointments at this and many other medical centres, I think it?s important to note that it?s the government and not the clinics themselves who should be at the receiving end of all the bad reviews because despite all difficulties, under-funding and under-staffing, surgeries like Hodgson Medical Centre are still doing their utmost best to cater for all patients and Rachel is certainly a prime example of extraordinary nurse and a wonderful human being.

My husband is a patient at this surgery and been trying for three weeks to get an appointment for him to be seen by an actual doctor.Every time I call all the appointments have gone and they tell me to ring at 2pm and by 2.06 all the telephone appointments have gone.

I want to say a massive thank you for all of the support you have given me, care coordinator staff, nurses, social prescribers, doctors and the 2 ladies, Anna & Kira , who quite literally saved my life by providing over 2 years of intense listening, support and ongoing referrals to Consultants. I really couldn?t have done it without you.

Rang the number on the website and it just cuts out without ringing. On further investigation found this was the wrong number and when I finally got through was asked why it was the wrong number. Can never get an appointment apart from ones at a different surgery miles away which defeats the point in signing up with one locally. Very disappointed and am changing my doctors surgery

I would like to thank you very much for Mrs. Ma?gorzata Walasik, who is an Advanced health care assistant, for the fantastic care of my mother, she explained what no one else had done before, the conversation with Mrs. Ma?gosia was very professional, she informed us about something that no one else had done before, and this is very important and she resumed the referral for which we had been waiting for a few months, and it turned out that it could be done again and it took us a few minutes and it was all over. Ma?gosia is a very smart and competent person, and she is also very kind and polite, always helpful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of my mother.

This is the worst drs surgery in peterborough. Ive been phoning 2days now for an appt, been on hold position 15 for over 45mins then phone line disconnected, phoned back multiple times to try and complain but 7 times now the calls be cut off. If your lucky enough to get through they won't have appts and ull be told to go to the walk in.

Deplorable service ? provided ? ( if in fact they provide anything) by this surgery.My mother last time saw her GP was over 3 years ago. Any problems I take her to the hospital . Because she wouldn?t see anyone and if so would be a nurse what they really don?t do much.My mother has been in pain for 3 weeks . Some how I manage to speak to a doctor , the doctor requested blood tests then I had a message saying to contact surgery to discussion the treatment. I did . Again unable to talk to any doctor. Eventually a nurse rang me and requested more tests. Spare in mind they are unable to do her bloods , nurses.So no one contacted me , I rang to find out NO FUTHER ACTION , just like that.I believe they ran the service without doctors maybe even nurses.DISGUSTING place. Shocking.
