James is honestly so lovely and down to earth, extremely accommodating and just incredibly talented at what he does, I get Super nervy about having anything done on myself, but he was so professional and understanding could not fault him In any way! I absolutely love coming to James to get my nails done. I have been coming to him for over 2 years now after a bad experience at a walk in salon. Every design I have had has been perfect, even when I have barely given much of an idea and just gone with a 'kinda vibe'! I always get compliments for them. James makes the whole time very relaxing and it always amazes me how he remembers things that we talked about on my last visit, and that's what makes everything so much more relaxing. You're not just another face to him, you're a person and get treated like you are his only client whilst there.

Its not often you find a manicurist who cares so passionately for what they do and the integrity of their work!
Luxury products with in depth knowledge , care and attention to natural nail health and the most in depth prep work I have ever had!
My natural nails after every removal are un compromised, strong and healthy which is what you get from a true professional!
My nails always get so many compliments , The nail artistry and design is always flawless and the skin care used throughout leave my hands feeling incredible
James is the welcoming , attentive and inclusive manicurist everyone should have in their lives! worth his weight in gold!

I do not usually write negative reviews, but on this occasion I have no choice. For almost £50, I truly expected better.
It has been just 5 days and I have had to remove my gel nails. Not only did the polish begin to crack after just 1 day, my nails began to split and snap at the top and they are now wrecked. My nails are healthy and I had a nail technician for two years who looked after my nails. They would last for up to a month - no breaking, no chipping and no damage. I went to James hoping he would have produced an amazing set, especially given the reviews, but unfortunately this was not my experience. His line work on the manicure was also very shaky upon later inspection, and the finish was not clean. My nails literally burned under the heater and I have bruising under my nails.
I am very disappointed by my experience and it certainly was not worth the money I paid. It is a shame because James was personable and I hoped I had found my regular spot, but I wish I had made a booking.

James is amazing. Makes you feel super comfortable and is a great laugh. Prep work is on point, people find it hard to believe these are my real nails. His design skills are insane, give him a vibe and he?ll smash the assignment. I get so many compliments on my nails from complete strangers all the time. Salon is spectacular, spot something new each time I visit which makes me chuckle.

Highly recommend, James is lovely and chatty and so talented at nail art which is something I struggled to find locally. Also focusing on nail health, the hand scrub etc at the end of the appointment makes you feel pampered.

All around delightful experience. Very cute studio, James was welcoming, patient and very clearly wanted to give me nails that I was happy with.

james is so, so wonderful! he helped me figure out what i wanted pre-booking and then fully understood the assignment and did the most perfect matching-but-not-matching nails for mine & my partner?s wedding.
not only are the nails perfect, but the studio is amazing and james is so fun: so welcoming and friendly and so full of good chat! we spent almost 4 hours there and there was never a dull moment.
i?ve never had my nails done properly other than gels once or twice, and james made it such a fantastic experience. def booking again for our next special occasion! ?

James is an absolute star! I?d been following him for a while on instagram when I needed to panic get my nails done for a wedding. I was very fortunate he had a space available! Worth the hour drive because the amount of compliments I got was unreal! James is so comfortable to talk to and makes you feel so welcome!

I loved my appointments with James. I just wish he was closer to where I live as I would be going to him all the time. ? Highly recommend to anyone thinking of going. He was lovely and super professional and his work was amazing!!!
