Great supermarket with pretty much all you need as well as many non grocery items. Fishmonger,Butchers and Bakery on site. Onsite cafe also.

Just lately it's been very poor. No one clearing tables, emptying bins etc. there's never any sauce in the dispensers. No serviettes. Today they had no ketchup at all.

I am totally disgusted with your kiosk desk where they sell magazines, you have 1 member of staff on that also cater for the sale of clothes when you eventually get to the counter the staff are dismissive and rude, being disabled it takes me quite a lot to stand in a que, absolutely disgusted.

Had to order from here today as they're the only place that delivers this one item. Joked to my husband that seeing as it's Morrison's, we almost certainly won't get a correct order. What do you know 20 minutes later they cancel the whole order ? that's right, they didn't have a thing on the list. No substitutes. Just nothing ? There were about 6 basic items on the list and according to them they have none of it. A supermarket with no items. They don't want money ? I can't for the life of me figure out how this place is still open. This is the third time in a row they've just cancelled my order, honestly don't even waste your time. I won't be trying again ?

Good place to shop has become a bit expensive

Feb. 2025 I just visited again today. The "meat free" frozen section is a mess as usual. Glass doors have been smashed for at least 4 months. The ground level freezer is filled with a jumble of Quorn products but absolutely no labels or prices.
I heard an announcement on the Tannoy "cleaner to foyer please"; when I left the shop 10 mins later there was a smashed whisky bottle in the middle of the floor - broken glass and whisky with no warning signs & nobody cleaning it up.
They're good for bargain bread products at reduction time, but apart from that not worth the effort.
