Will not be buying from Morrisons online for delivery again.
I told them that I am 69 and been ill.
They sent the order in a normal car with a lady that was very nice but really could not carry my things alone.
I thought Amazon (is the owner and I ordered through Amazon)had money to at least buy a van and deliver to the door of the elderly.
I live on the first floor and they know because I informed them.
Well for me it was the first and last time I ordered from Morrisons.

This has to be the worst bread I have ever had
Horrible heavy and dohy stuff that just won't cut.
Don't not buy .
You'll be very disappointed .
Only gave one star because I had to in order to post.

have visited a few times and none of the workers seem to know where anything is. doesn?t matter what i ask for - coconut milk, cocoa powder - the staff can never seem to locate items and are unwilling to help?. extremely frustrating and am very disappointed by the poor service.

10 mins till closing time and they refused to sell cigarettes as they said they closed everything already and they will not open. Thats not what im expecting if its open ot should be open

No change here....overpriced goods, slack staff just chatting....really poor...They never seem to learn...all this praise for their breakfasts and no real review of the store itself. Awful place that is managed by a clueless management team. No social distancing. People walking around without masks and nothing gets done. Actually Morrisons...you can ask them to leave....it is private property and you have every right to make those who won't wear masks..LEAVE. Next...how about ensuring stock is on the shelves..meat shelves always empty, salad and fruit..empty...milk..empty...this used to be a great store...not anymore...need to get your act together.

Looks untidy in the shop.... Very disappointed the Café isn't open be interesting if it ever does.... Not a fan of the self service tills always seem to have a problem using them... My husband is partially sighted so not good for him either....
