Do NOT visit this pharmacy. Hours say they are open until 8pm weeknights - tried visiting before 7pm and they are closed. Say they are open on Sunday - closed all day.Have reported to NHS england as they are not adhering to their agreed times. Stay away.

Nowdays their service is slow. Have to call many times asking about repeat prescriptions being delivered. Their timings have changed as well unlike before you cannot depend on them anymore.

Came in yesterday thinking it?s open at 3 and the times not been updated on google to say it?s no longer open on Sundays. Seems like they can?t be bothered, disrespectful to say the least

They are not serious about their services they provide. Recently I chose this pharmacy for the prescription service, but I am disappointed with their service. I requested medication two weeks ago but still not received them. I have been calling them since Friday, but no responses. I'm without medication now. Also my wife's medicine has not be delivered. Very unhappy.

Absolutely vile, I have covid, iv been screamed at down the phone by a manager, they have failed to deliver my medication for the past few days now, the staff are rude, and the manager needs a smack round the mouth

Millfield chemist never answer the phone!! It's so annoying, they don't have the required medication in stock each time I have been in, so try to ring first to save a wasted visit but they don't pick up!! Service inside is very very slow.

Friendly polite fast efficient pharmacy wouldn't swap for any other pharmacy as only problem I ever have is if I forget to put my script in to the doctors. other than that my medicine is run like clockwork would recommend to anyone if your nearby thank you nawaz and all your staff.

Seemed like they couldnt be bothered. Didnt explain if our 21 month old sons medication (antibiotics) was prepared or not as it needed to have water added to powder in a bottle. They had recieved and signed for it but i still had to go the next day as they said they knew nothing about it but my Docter said they signed for it before i got there. I would not go again.
