DISGUSTING!!! I just bought two elux disposable vapes from this store and one seems faulty or FAKE . It?s looks different inside and didn?t got ANY taste. Like when it?s already finished. Okey, things happen i come back after 2 minutes and politely explained problem to a cashier and he started to SCREAM on me! That it?s works and thats what i choose? I didn?t choose fake or broken vape and i paid a price for original one! How on earth men can scream on a women with the baby in her hands over £10???? He didn?t let me to speak! Every time i tried to explain that i just want to change a faulty product he won?t let me even finish my sentence! He said that i need to speak with an owner and he might be here in 1 hour . Like seriously? I should wait 1 hour to change broken product? I asked to call the owner but guy said he is sleeping - I believe this guy was an owner but was to greedy and unrespectful! BY LAW I am entailing to a exchange or refund for faulty product! But these guys breaking law! I will be reporting this store!
