Went through the Hampton drive through, do not do mcdonalds very often, had to park up and wait 10 mins for food, on getting home found quarter lb cheeseburger was missing from order, tried to call and couldn't get through so went on the mcfood for thought and got thrown off site twice as code unreadable due to quality of print on receipt. Food was OK but had to be reheated

The food is always nice and the staff are polite. My problem is the amount of times food is missing! We check before we drive away, but when ubereats delivers it via mcdelivery you're stuffed, paid £7 for a burger and service and delivery charge as we couldn't go and collect on this ocassion, and was refunded £2.63 for the main part of meal being missing! What i always wonder is, how do they always manage to miss food off so many ocassions, but never actually put too much in ?

What can you say, McDonald's is McDonald's. A bit overpriced but the kids like it. Always clean. Shame the tech isn't always working.

I ordered early hours this morning and it said online it will be here between 00.40 and 1.00. I kept checking the just eat app. And it never changed. I kept checked outside my flat, nothing. No phone call nothing. This morning said 00.41 it was delivered. It wasn't

Worst McDonald's, there Hot Chocolate isn't Hot Chocolate it's Dishwater and they really need to do something about it, and service is slow, when you get to the drive through you end up sitting there and the person who was behind you gets served before you, they really need to sort themselves out, best McDonald's are Ollerton and Colsterworth...

I go as the kids like it and they get to choose a takeaway every couple of weeks if Santa would be happy with them. For myself I wouldn?t bother with the dry cold fries and average burgers. The atmosphere in my car is the same as at any other venue. I don?t recommend anything

One food quality in this place is disgusting chips are hard and cold food is chucked together for the prices we pay I expect my food to atleast be hot!! This is the worst one in the whole of Peterborough for food quality!! And yes the many times we use them nothing changes

Terrible food breakfast mcmuffin bacon egg cheese no bacon and really greasy horrible tasting egg, considering I had to wait for it to be cooked was a mess.
