Thank you to the gentleman working this evening.. I was quite vague in my description of what I wanted, and mentioned just one wine I do like - he recommended me one that is similar, but slightly different (in a good way - he took on board my preferences), and I will definitely buy again! Went to Majestic Wine in Peterborough not really knowing what I was after so asked Warren for some recommendations. He was so friendly, helpful and knew his stuff - he recommended some amazing wines and I came out loving some new wines that I?d never have thought I?d even like before visiting.
We will definitely be back thanks to this great service and quality products!

Went in blind today looking for wines for in-laws for Christmas. Lewis served me and was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He spent time with me going over things and helping me understand better about the wines and grapes and production of the wines; the tastes and after tastes.
Honestly the best service I have received from a retail store in such a long time. So nice to find a shop who's colleagues are passionate about the product, friendly and never make you feel like you are taking too much of their time.
I will absolutely be back.
Please can someone let the Manager know and also Lewis, and thank him again for exceptional service.

Had to stop ordering online as nearly always ended up with substitute wines supplied which were nearly always awful. I do not like new world style wines hence the reason I tend to buy French and Italian. Majestic substituted with new world, alcohol free wines instead of just replacing with an additional wine that I?d actually picked.

Excellent service and great selection of wines but the dual price system on single bottles makes them too expensive especially when in Scotland the prices are normal and Asda and Waitrose are close by.
