Tremendous service from Charlene in the Peterborough store today. I had never been inside a Lush store before and was looking for something I could take on a walking holiday to use in a bath - I only have a shower at home. Charlene took the time to both explain and demonstrate the difference between a bath bar and a bath bomb and then helped me decide what smells suited me best. All with a lovely smile and a welcoming tone of voice. A very personal service - thank you.

The lush store was immaculate. Everyone inside was so nice to talk to and was very welcoming. Good to see they are still doing all they can in these times and that the products are still the same high quality expected. Will be looking forward to our next visit to the Peterborough branch

Wonderful experience in lush, helped by Vally to get new products for the bath to help relax. Going to trial a tester of sleepy cream to help as well. All staff were excellent and friendly! Will definitely be returning.

Went in only to be greeted by a very bubbly and positive Lisa! She was super happy, asked if I needed help and helped me find a lip scrub. She asked if there was anything else I needed and she also served me at the till. I'm glad Lisa was very positive as this kind of attitude is needed in the times we're living in at the moment. I think she deserves a praise for this! Well done! Till next time!

Went in to buy just a block of Henna. Met the lovely Val who introduced me to the Jason of the Argan Oil bar and the Jasmine Henna treatment. Amazing products! I Val also gave me some lovely samples for my hair type which my hair just loves. The smell! The smell! Divine! I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!

Absolutely lovely! Staff were so kind and helpful, even giving me and my brother a free bath bomb for how polite we were! We really appreciate people like these and we enjoyed spending time looking in the shop ?

Absolutely love this store! All the staff are so friendly with a lovely store atmosphere. The staff are all very knowledgeable about all the products.\\n\\nEvery time I visit I'm always made to feel welcome and the staff always make time for me when I have questions or need advice, even when busy they still go that little bit extra for me.\\n\\nLastly me and my family especially my 5 year old daughter just love the smells and love exploring the products, Massive thumbs up! x

I had a wonderful time today, the staff was wonderfully nice and helpful. I was given a demonstration of products by Charlene, she picked ones to help me sleep because I said I needed help with that and took into account my eczema and asthma. She helped me find a few products that I really liked

We have been to lush several times this year on Saturday afternoons with our little girl as they allow you to make your own bath bombs and soap bars etc. My daughter's fa purity one so far are the unicorn horn and the purple and gold bath bomb which left golden glitter in her bath. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the products smell nice

absolutely amazing staff and place to visit. one short of t as there is sooo many different scents all mixed in it become hard to tell a difference and you get a pounding head if you stay too long nothing that can be helped as it is a shop that sell so many different products.

Amazing natural bath and body products, great to treat yourself or for gifts for those special to you. My 9 year old daughter also loves this place especially their lip balms and scrubs. My favourite products are twilight Bath bombs, they make whole room smell amazing, bath goes gorgeous pinky lavender colour and makes skin feel silky soft, so relaxing love all their products x
