Discussting attitude from staff member and not the first time either, simply nipped in to put some money in my account and the machine slipped out an unrecognized note so I called her over only for her to be sarcastic and rude maybe if the machines worked properly I wouldn't need your shitty assistance sort yourself out or I'll be transferring to another bank! Also had the cheek to say to me "And what!?" As in she wanted to have a scrap with me when I said move away!!! what kind of service is that??

Banked with Lloyds for years but something about 2025 must have upset them as after one visit not only was myself spoken to like a child but every single customer was spoken to in such a condescending way. If it wasn?t for the convenience of their app I would have left

Third time this has happened, I try to deposit money through machine and the money gets stuck in the machine, I told the assistants how much money I put in but they couldn?t give all the money because it was stuck in the machine. How many times are they gonna steal my money

Went to the bank to deposit cash into my account the self service machine took my money and it never showed in my account when I asked them they said they will check and call me back no call so I had to complain then I got a call back from the bank saying there was no extra money in the account and the bank manager is so rude she cut the call while I was still talking full of attitude I have now took it further but I would advise everyone do not bank here because your money is not safe avoid at all cost bank with other banks because this bank is a joke

It?s not until you have a problem, you realize how BAD/ good a company is.

I have been with them over 40years.
After a day trying to unblock a card.
I went in the foyer and the assistants were just standing around, not looking interested. This was confirmed when the young man approached me and I explained that after 40 years and on the phone all day yesterday my card was still blocked and that if it?s not sorted I will open an account elsewhere. He said there was no problem if you wanted to close the account. Went round the corner to Nationwide who were more than helpful and got some leaflets to take place of my Platinum account.
On the way back I thought, everyone deserves a 2 nd chance, so went in and got a manger this time- same attitude and so it looks like goodby from me and my Mortgage and Platinum account.
So Now that I made a complaint 6 days ago , they give you a reference number and no reply yet

I call to change a telephone number after running through very thing on the telephone. they told me to call back and someone would be able to do it. but i called back only to run through every thing again and they still said they couldnt do it. Its a joke and now got to go into the the branch and do it. O my god its only a telephone number that needed changing.

Extremely slow service. I have 3 people coming and asking me on the que the same questions and they all said I have to wait for the desk service. There was a que of 10 people and 1 staff member on the desk. A simple 5 min task took nearly 1.5 hours of waiting. How is this still happening in a bank in 21 century.
