Im just writing this review to remind myself they shut 1-2pm for lunch and not 12-1 the amount of times i have forgotten this and turned up after 1. Always a fast prompt service

It is a well stocked pharmacy with nice people working there. Could have proper opening times online, so people would not drive from other villages here during their lunch time, they are closed 1-2pm.

Difficult to review when they?re not open. Two weeks in a row I?ve tried to visit to collect critical medication and they have been shut during hours they claim they?re open. Sign on door says due to an emergency they?re shut - wouldn?t surprise me if they?re all off with covid as they had long abandoned any covid safe measures in there.

The new owners are in an entirely different league to the previous crew. Pre ordered prescriptions are now ready for collection, whereas previously it was very rare, even after 7 days. Covid regulations make life difficult for them, but there are normally no problems getting served. Their delivery service for prescriptions is excellent

Today is Good Friday and I must of went to 6 different pharmacy's for my daughter's prescription which was out of stock everywhere! after calling Crowland Pharmacy they assured me they had one in stock and held it for me while I drove there.I am very grateful as it was a stressful time,Thank you,:)

This is by far the worst chemist I have had to deal with. You are ignored as soon as you walk in. Your prescription which has been pre ordered by your Dr's surgery is never ready even when they have had two weeks to prepare it or they have lost it. The staff are rude & argumentative when you simply question why hasn't it been done.They say it's the take over of new owners for the problem, even though this problem has occurred so many times for the last few years.I recommend finding a better pharmacy like I will

This review area should be reset as Lloyds no longer run crowland Pharmacy. So please ignore any messages over a few months ago, as they do not represent the new owners. I personally think they are pretty good, considering the covid situation. Thank you for keeping the pharmacy running. Great job guys.

I was a serious critic of this pharmacy, but since appointing a new practice manager I have found the service here to be excellent. Well done indeed
