Very poor, called to ask how much the prices for weight loss injections are and they wouldn't tell me. I've now called another pharmacy who were happy to help.

Absolutely diabolical service. Antibiotics were issued Tuesday from Abbeyview surgery .delivery has still not happened 3 days later ! Terrible service which has gone downhill since the other driver left.

Shame you couldn?t give it a zero star rating. Ever since they got rid of one of the delivery drivers the service has got to pot. When you ring them always promise delivery for tomorrow when you ring them and deliver never takes place. Then you ring they tell you it will be tomorrow and no surprise no delivery.
Probably because tomorrow never comes.
Avoid go elsewhere hopefully they will close down and someone else takes it on.

We've always had good experiences with this pharmacy but I'm disappointed by the last visit. I went to collect a prescription and specifically asked for the name of the medication upon collection. The following morning I realised I had been given the incorrect prescription. I called to explain. They were very polite, apologised and offered to refund the cost. When my husband went to collect the correct prescription they were rude and refused the refund (despite a note on the system). They even blamed me saying it was my responsibility to check (very hard to do with kids by your side). Not only have I had to go back to the pharmacy twice, I have essentially paid £20 for one prescription. I'm deeply unhappy.

Im just writing this review to remind myself they shut 1-2pm for lunch and not 12-1 the amount of times i have forgotten this and turned up after 1. Always a fast prompt service

It is a well stocked pharmacy with nice people working there. Could have proper opening times online, so people would not drive from other villages here during their lunch time, they are closed 1-2pm.

Difficult to review when they?re not open. Two weeks in a row I?ve tried to visit to collect critical medication and they have been shut during hours they claim they?re open. Sign on door says due to an emergency they?re shut - wouldn?t surprise me if they?re all off with covid as they had long abandoned any covid safe measures in there.

The new owners are in an entirely different league to the previous crew. Pre ordered prescriptions are now ready for collection, whereas previously it was very rare, even after 7 days. Covid regulations make life difficult for them, but there are normally no problems getting served. Their delivery service for prescriptions is excellent
