Went in branch to set up an ISA. This was on the basis of reading reviews on Trustpilot and Google etc. Decent interest rate and service (by Louise) was second to none. She really did want to help unlike service at some other banks in Peterborough I've dealt with. Set up account in 5 mins. Woul.d definitely recommend
