Accept my order then send a 'sorry the restaurant now say they can't do this' - 10 minutes after the only other open KFC closes!

Terrible, doesn't deserve 1 star. Ordered on the app. The 'restaurant' claim they didn't receive the order but they took our money. Crooks. We'll never go there again, there are always problems and the staff are just so poor.

This restaurant has really gone downhill Shane! Food is horrible. Had old hot wings that where all dried up with no meat on looked like they been sat in that hot shelf all day! Had 4x items missing from the order 1 of my kids had nothing and the other 3 was missing there hot wings and pineapple sticks! Really had enough of wasting my money on rubbish food! I fully give up with Hampton KFC waste of time and money

I ordered a large gravy... there's no gravy after I've paid... they asked what I would like instead so I asked for beans... they gave me a small I said sorry I ordered a large... then I get no spoon to eat my mash or beans with... and also no beans! So I go back again for the beans... then I park up again... and realised they put mayo in my burger after I asked for no mayo. I think they need some serious retraining. And the eye roll to top it off after I asked for my money back and not a replacement burger. They need to get someone in there who knows what they are doing. Not have it ran by kids... 1 of which was wearing a white hoodie.

The delivery you just sent to my house is disgusting? boxes mashed, no drinks, food all over the place. We pay your wages have a bit more respect when sending out delivery?s it?s not like your closing anytime soon? So why send out such a revolting delivery this is not what we expect from KFC just because we didn?t drive to the restaurant doesn?t make us any different? very very disappointing

Very clean, bathrooms, tables and windows, friendly staff, food was served very quick in a great athmosphere.
I would say this branch is over most of KFC restaurants I vidited.

Occasionally I pop through the drive-thru and with my meal I like a hot drink. This restaurant still does not offer hot drinks (they use too but machine was broke) and has been for some time. Additionally, no ice cream either. As you approach the window, the screen by the booth no longer works. In general it appears run down and shabby.

Love KFC it seems being served by an actual person is being discouraged in favour of using the self-service kiosks. You used to get a choice but now there are big signs on the counter telling you to use the kiosk. Don?t like it.

Only gave us half the order. Went back to resolve the short order. Explained the issue with the girl on the till. Then the manager wanted me to repeat the issue again as which I was not happy to do.

Got a burger meal. 7.99 only ate half the burger. It was overcooked and dry.
