Overall, the place is nice, clean. There are plenty of free parking spaces. Anyway, I didn't enjoy the staff attitude. My order wasn't complete. I ordered 6 wings and 2 pieces of chicken + a meal for my kid. They gave me 8 wings, and when asked about the missing 2 pieces of chicken, convinced me that they were mixed with the wings. I eat KFC regularly, and I know how the pieces are looking like, but they convinced me. Who knows, maybe the pieces are smaller now? But NO, after eating all 8 pieces, all of them were spicy, which means they were wings. Also, from the kids meal, the chocolate was missing, but this was discovered at the end. I didn't raise a fuss from it, but a bitter experience was gained from all this.

Lovely staff and food always fresh.
Would be helpful if there was an option to order the fries without the seasoning when we order at the self service, also too be able to ask the drinks with no ice. Staff are always very busy and sometimes is uncomfortable to stand by the till and try to get their attention.

Very impressive by the service I got from a lady called Irena, I was so indecisive and she was patient with me. She was such lovely energy, smiling and very friendly. I ended up buying more than I had come for because she made it look so good.

Half the tables were cordoned off and stacked with a bin in the middle, possible roof leak? Tables that were left were covered in food, (as we left a member of staff did start clearing up but there were plenty of staff doing nothing prior to that and didn't seem bothered). This place used to be our go to because we live less than a mile away but this is the 3rd strike. Large popcorn was filled to approximately an inch and a half down the boxes, large fries was the equivalent of a small fries in McDonald's, barely reached the top of the paper bag and when tipped out looked a pitiful amount. Hot wings again used to be a favourite of mine but these were soo greasy they were difficult to hold. 2 of the 3 were 95% bone with barely enough meat to pick off, they never were big but the quality control has gone out of the window. The third looked 3 times the size but a third of it was clumped coating full of grease with a normal amount of chicken in the middle. Had the chicken popcorn and chips been the portion size I paid for they would have been ok in fairness. On our previous visit to the Wisbech branch we had the mini fillets which were soo salty they went straight in the bin, (I complained but the manager simply shrugged and said that's how they are), and my parents had the same experience of salty coating on them in March, (town), 5 days ago so we simply don't risk the hassle of ordering them now, sad because we loved them. Top tip McDonald's strips are tasty, bigger and consistent.

Just been to order food at the drive-through got served by someone with no manners and watching the big guy (obese) frying Food chewing gum with his mouth wide open. Working with Food, you thought they would have to wear a hair net, but not at this KFC they want you to have their hair in their food.

Spicy things were dry which made it tasteless
Waste of money
Not what you want to find out when you've driven all the way home
plus ordered to go she brings it out on a tray it says you ordered to eat the receipt tells me different
