I have delivery in all the country for Jewson, Travis Perkins and many other stores. I arrived today with few packs (5 lifts) of insulation in that store. I?ve been put on hold because a Jewson lorry came for loading even if that came after me. It looks normal for me. I can understand. What I can not understand is why the lorry driver takes a tacho break on that loading unloading bay and moved the lorry only after he finished his tea on my insistence. All good, I was delayed with exactly 30 minutes. After this the forklift driver start tipping, and stopped every time when a customer was coming to ask for a lift or something else. He stopped tipping even I had only 2 lifts more (as in a picture)
I understand there is a company rule who protect the customer, but at this place this rule, in my opinion, is taken far too seriously than it should be because in that way is disrespectful for the lorries who supplies the store to have profit and happy customers too.
