The store ppl are no. Cooperative and rushing for closing.. especially the people working on 7/6/25 evening shifts they all chatting and don?t care about customer service.. as where my young boy asked for collection they just ignored.. too bad customer service at queens gate store..

Disappointed with the fitting room policy at the Peterborough store. Came in before closing on two Thursdays (7:30 PM and 7:00 PM) and was told the fitting rooms were already closed. Manager eventually opened one, but what's the point of extended hours if you can?t try anything on? Is this really store policy?

15 people stood around and messing around including managers only one person on the till . made eye contact with 7 people in the store to indicate is one of you doing nothing gonna help me nope no help I left and went to another branch place is ran by children will not be returning

Good quality and variety. When they do sales its really easy to grab a bargain. The only downside is delivery charge - you get it delivered to your door or you pick up at the nearest store its both ways £4.99. I believe store pick up shouldn't charge this much.

With such a large selections of sports brands and equipment, the company appears to be doing well. They have established themselves in different parts of the world. During a recent trip to Malaysia, I stumbled upon one of their stores in Kuala Lumpur.The Peterborough city branch is the store I usually go to when I am looking for athletic apparel or trainers. Reasonably priced with a good selections to choose from.

when to buy some Nike air trainers, three times I had to go back because of defects, manager was very rude saying there isn't anything wrong with the second pair to then be told yes there is...was a clear defect on the bubble itself....shocking treatment and I'll never go back there, and to be told ..I should buy some trainers without air bubbles?? again I'll never go back to JD sports.
