It's a good showroom and has very friendly, helpful and patient staff members. Easy to order. Plenty of parking spaces outside. Inside the showroom, the lighting is not great and hard to see some samples properly, but they sent me samples for peace of mind.

Smashing customer service. Was desperate for a small amount of vinyl (2m x1.5m) to waterproof a bathroom. The chap stayed open on a Saturday early evening for me to nip over and pick up. Great price and nice to see a local business helping out!

The carpet was done to a very good standard and hence why I left it as 3 star however the flooring ie laminate flooring as well as upstairs skirting not so much. Caused damage to the wall. The flooring downstairs had tiles, I agreed for it to be removed for a smoother finish however some damage must have been caused when removing the tiles and the whole floor wasn't screeded. This means some bits are bouncy.
