Top service, always greeted with a smile and the hot drinks are so delicious. I was gifted a velvetiser from my parents at Christmas and will always go in store to pick up my hot chocolates rather than buy online, everyone is so friendly and helpful.

I'm not going to say it's not expensive because it is, far too expensive for what you get. I've only gone there when I've had the free money to splurge and when I get a choc shake it's been a lovely treat, especially with the vip discount.Workers are lovely, polite and nothing is too much effort.

Went into the shop where 3 staff members were more interested in having a general conversation in the middle of the store that speaking to the only customer which does not come across as very friendly.The selection of options was good in store with good cleanliness and layout.
