Top service, always greeted with a smile and the hot drinks are so delicious. I was gifted a velvetiser from my parents at Christmas and will always go in store to pick up my hot chocolates rather than buy online, everyone is so friendly and helpful.

I'm not going to say it's not expensive because it is, far too expensive for what you get. I've only gone there when I've had the free money to splurge and when I get a choc shake it's been a lovely treat, especially with the vip discount.Workers are lovely, polite and nothing is too much effort.

Went into the shop where 3 staff members were more interested in having a general conversation in the middle of the store that speaking to the only customer which does not come across as very friendly.The selection of options was good in store with good cleanliness and layout.

I like to shop at the Hotel Chocolat in Peterborough. The chocolate is awesome and the shop itself is always kept immaculate - credit to the staff. On the subject of staff, Carmen and Phoebe always offer an incredible customer service, always willing to help and are there with a smile every time. The coffee is also very good. Magnificent all round customer service!

Called in here today to purchase some Easter gifts for my granddaughters, extremely clean and well set out, the young lady who served us was incredibly polite, very friendly and is a credit to the shop??

Incredible hot chocolate experience during winters. They way it is made here is quite rare. I tried making the same from the chocolate power I purchased, but it is just not possible. Definitely worth a visit during the winters. There is generally a bit of wait, but nothing substantial. You should have your cup generally within a few minutes.It is quite possible you also buy some irresistible and well presented chocolate during this time, like me.

Love hotel chocolat as they only do the best chocolate but their customer service is excellent too. Peterborough store though should have more stock as it?s disappointing sometimes not to have a certain chocolate in store.

Outstanding customer service from both members of staff .I was very unsure as to what to opt for and was given great advice by both karmen and the other member of staff Whos name I did not catch .Karmen was very friendly and helpful , in addition to not actually being on shift .
