I have no issues with queensgate at all, but the problem i do have is the toilets get closed at 6pm!! I understand why but what if you have young children or medical issues. why isn't there security around as there is meant to be to keep a eye on the bus station as it is part of queengate.

There is an elderly lady working at the shop who lacks customer service skills. She was rude and unkind. Additionally, the gift cards like vouchers are poorly presented; they are not suitable to give as a present. When I asked for an envelope or some packaging, she responded that they had none available. It was a disappointing experience.

Not great experience today especially not having many toilets now the ones down the bottom where dirty and not useable so had to walk all the way to McDonald?s which is not great when u have a two year old and pregnant

Way too pricey 4 pounds for almonds is insane, also the store feels cramped, it's layout Is too random and even with a black Friday event I can't justify buying from here.

I don't buy all my supplies from here. It is quite expensive. The advantage is that they have quite good varieties and some items come in various packing sizes. I occasionally visit this store to see what is on offer.
