Visited on Sunday. Very unhelpful staff. Lady behind the till charged me twice, and I could see the transaction on my app but she was arguing. She then called a manager who told me the money will be back in my account within one or two days. I have called the bank and they said the money won?t be refunded by H&M until the 14th of July! Horrendous service!

Didn?t enjoy my experience here. Staff was rude, come in with my sister who has a newborn baby and he was crying and they all just stood there staring at us. I got served by Amy, short black and red hair, with glasses, very rude. Just shoved my shopping towards me with me receipt, such rude staff. H&M rethink who you?re hiring please. Such a shame, all woman who are very unfriendly.

HORRID STAFF. I?m an avid shopper and from all my past experiences, I?ve never seen a more ill-mannered, unprofessional & rude team in my life than what I?ve witnessed at this H&M. The staff are wildly incompetent and quite frankly should not be working in retail. The shop floor is always a mess, the changing rooms are barely ever open and they can?t answer simple enquiries. But above all, they are some of the rudest retail staff I?ve ever encountered. They have zero customer service, are rude and abrupt towards customers and I?ve heard them on several occasions speak poorly of customers. They have disgusting attitudes and should all be fired immediately.

Although we thoroughly enjoyed what this store had to offer in terms of clothing and range, it was very much let down by a ?beanie hat? wearing member of staff at the tills. She came across as unfriendly, unsociable & very arrogant. She shouldn?t be in a customer facing job and sadly ruined our shopping experience in this store.

We visited on Monday 21st April around 4pm & asked the employee who was in charge of managing the fitting rooms if we could try some clothes on. Her attitude and approach to us was very poor offering no manners whatsoever - It would have been nice to be served with a little respect and decency however she didn?t even bother to turn round when we asked a basic question - We left without purchasing clothes we wanted to buy as we were put off by this - Please put staff members in places where they actually want to work and can successfully engage with customers

Such a waste of time... Went there Thursday afternoon when they are open till 8pm to find out that the changing rooms are closed at 6.30 already.

Today i was a witness when 5 H&M co-workers was talking nasty and rude things about customers.It was 1 h before closing and it seems like they had nothing to do so they found an entertainment for themselves.Comments like:"Oh look at her, she's touching everything...look what she's wearing" , "previous one was better looking""Put it where you took it from you b...ch"Shame on you. You got your pay thanks to customers, so treat them with a respect

At 17:10 the fitting rooms were already closed because the closing at 18:00 (?). I would have bought some clothes there in that 50 minutes and leave money for them, but this way I have not. The young girls at the cashier were not helpful at all. This I would not call service.
