Fantastic meal at the harvester this evening, last minute decision as we couldn't get a table down the road but so glad we didn't.
Food was lovely, hot and well presented, very good value too and salad was lovely and fresh.
Service was excellent, thank you Gee. We will return.

Geraldine was excellent today, clearly had a number of tables to look after but felt thoroughly looked after. This included completely understanding that it was our lunch hour and so efficiency as well as service was important to us.

As always Geraldine is one of the best staff members at the restaurant, she?s always very polite and takes care with everything, the food is 99% faultless, and when there is an issue it?s solved quickly and efficiently. Once again been a pleasure visiting!

On Thursday, the 2nd of January we had a meal at this establishment and this time it was so so different.
This time the food was tasteless. The pineapple on my gammon steak was tiny and I?ve never seen a pineapple look like that before. My daughter had the meal called the dirty one which is a Southern fried chicken in a brioche burger bun. The southern fried chicken was bone dry and the brioche roll was hard with one piece of lettuce. My wife had chicken breast and vegetables and most of the vegetables were left as they were tasteless.
The kitchen was opposite where we were sitting and the cooks seem to have plenty of time to be very vocal laughing loudly and giggling and generally not very professional. We could see one cook was constantly touching his face and beard.
The room was cold. We sat there with coats on and there was a breeze coming through the wall where the wood cladding was falling off. All in all it was a disaster and we doubt we will be going back.

Christmas day dinner. Disappointed as part of two meals were left off the plate. Roast potatoes and Sprouts. Informed waitress but no action taken . This meal was such a let down.

Great service. Salad bar was a good start. Meal was quick but not pushed on us before we were ready, and pleasant. We ate here on a quiet Sunday evening. Geraldine gave us great friendly service and brightened up the dark winter evening with her friendly chat and help to order.
