So firstly, the waiter told us to not order on the app but to order with him as it was quicker, and indeed the food did arrive quickly. Food tasted nice (ultimate mixed grill), though the rotisserie chicken wasn't hot at all. Waiter also forgot my half rack of ribs (only realised when I got home, so I couldn't have missed it that much). When paying by card, the waiter had already selected for me to leave a gratuity, so I was presented with the machine asking me how much tip to leave.
Not happy, informed the manager.

The server did indeed take the machine away because the phone didn't pay first time, but let me be clear- the very first time he handed me the card machine the screen was asking me to input the amount of tip. It 100% did not say 'would you like to leave a tip, Yes or No". Your server didn't allow the choice on the machine, as he chose for me.
I actually did speak to the manager Will before leaving the restaurant, and I stated that I did in my first review above, hence the "Informed the manager". You said to me how it shouldn't be done that way with the card machine, and I left the restaurant unsatisfied. If you wish to, you can contact me on the details from the booking.

Both meals were poor as one had a item missing and I was not offered a replacment or money off the other meal was soaked in hot sauce all over pitta bread and salad

I visited Harvester for a delivery pickup and waited for 8 minutes. The order was ready and right in front of them but not packed. When I inquired, the staff was extremely rude. The manager's behavior was even worse?unprofessional and dismissive, with a completely negative attitude, saying it wasn't their job to inform me about wait times. After our conversation, they packed the order but rudely told me not to return. This kind of negative and unprofessional service is completely unacceptable.

Had the Scampi and Chips, meal was brought out very quick despite it being somewhat busy, however the place was somewhat hot inside which made it a bit uncomfortable to sit in for long.
Parking: Wide spaces so easy to get in and out.

Went for Christmas lunch, and it was the perfect experience. The food was amazing, staff were super friendly and very helpful.

Absolutely lovely staff and manager, who went above and beyond to help us with my ARFID daughter's dietary needs.
Vegetarian options: Nice selection of veggie breakfast options.
Dietary restrictions: The team went out of their way to help with my daughter's extremely limited diet and safe foods.
Kid-friendliness: Lovely understanding staff to all ages of customers. Very friendly.
